His vertical expertise is marketing: project management, digital campaigns and product creation.

He started his career in 2009 with his own start-up in Casablanca, exited in 2011 and returned to Istanbul, worked at agencies including 4129Grey, Pixelplus, GroupM and Cosmos, and spent two years as Digital Marketing Manager at Teknosa, a Sabancı Holding company.

Over his career he has taken on different roles in the work of large, multinational brands such as Unilever, P&G, Coca-Cola, Mey-Diageo, Mondelez, Reckitt-Benckiser, Perfetti van Melle, DHL, Türk Telekom, Sabancı Group, Koç Group, Doğuş Group and Yıldız Holding.

In January 2022 he founded the communication and marketing agency Gamechangers, where he works on corporate brand strategy, advertising campaigns and AI products, and teaches courses in different fields for foundation universities and private companies.

With 15 years in the industry, 12 of them at Akbank / Sabancı Holding, Kabil worked on the strategic planning and creative development of all of Akbank’s digital products, and on their communication and management across ATL, BTL and digital.
